In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Wednesday Conditioning
Sled pulls, 6 x 120 yard trips (4 @ 70lbs, 2 @ 105lbs). Followed by 6 110's.
