Semester/Intern Goals

In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Saturday Bench

Worked up to a 1RM off a 1 Board, 380lbs. Then put my shirt on and worked down to a 1B with the lightest weight possible. Touched with 495, then did two more singles at 515 and 525. Everything went well and my lock out felt strong.
