Semester/Intern Goals

In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Thursday Deadlift

Warmed up with some wannabe power cleans then moved on to conventional deadlift from a 4" deficit. Worked up to a heavy triple which was 418lbs. Then did 3x8 of SSBar squat at 225 for some volume. Finished with Bulgarian split squats and ab work.
