In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

New Semester
First post in a while. Pulled the sled today and finished up with 6 x 110's. I felt pretty good considering I haven't ran in a while.
