Semester/Intern Goals
In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Update
Its been a couple weeks since I have posted my workouts, for that I apologize. Nothing has changed in my training the last couple of weeks. One new addition to my training will be the implementation of more recovery techniques, specifically self-myofascial release. I have had a nagging pain near my left shoulder blade for as long as I can remember, I rolled it out with a lacrosse ball yesterday and it felt great. Today is my upper assistance day and we will see how things feel.
