Semester/Intern Goals

In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Sunday Squat and Deadlift

Did some speed work on box squat with briefs. Went 365*2 for 6 sets. Also deadlifted for speed, went 225 with doubled up red bands for some singles. Finished with glute ham and reverse hypers.
