In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Saturday Bench
Went to a raw 3 board for a single (365). Dropped down to around 70% and did sets of 5. Moved on to single arm rows and Arnold presses
