Started a new program today. It comes from Dave Tate and involves a PM (perceived max) followed by 3*5 at 70% of the PM, follow the link for details. I squatted with the cambered bar with briefs and a belt. Worked up to 475 and based on that we determined that my PM was 495. 70% is 345 and I did 3*5. Moved onto deadlift and pulled 545. 70% was 385 and did 3*5.
