Semester/Intern Goals
In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Wednesday Conditioning
Going into today I wasn't expecting much being my first conditioning day after my week off. Ended up doing to sets of 6 110 yard tempo runs (20/40). I really died out during the last 3 but I stuck it out and finished. I wanted to finish with some light laps but my hips and lower back were super tight so I went inside and did some stretching. Can't complain for my first day back.
