Semester/Intern Goals
In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Tuesday Upper
Started with a DB shoulder press and neutral grip pull-up super-set. DB shoulder worked up to 85's (I forget how many reps), and did 3 sets of 7 reps with 45 lbs on pull ups. I moved on to speed bench 6 sets of 3 with 135 lbs and 2 mini red bands/side. Finished with some single arm bent over row and rear delts.
