Semester/Intern Goals

In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Monday Squat

I was out of town all week and therefore didn't train, hence the Monday workout. I'm about to start training in gear soon so my squat workout didn't really have a purpose. I decided to keep putting weight on the bar and see how things went. I ended up box squatting 405*4 and things felt weird (that's what a week off will do), so I backed off and did a couple drop sets for reps. Moved on to some good mornings super-seted with glute-hams. Finished up with some leg press and single leg balance touches, all and all a good workout. Looking foward to butting briefs back on and moving some weight.
