Semester/Intern Goals

In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Thursday Sumo Pull

Put briefs on for the first time since my meet in October. I am beginning the transition back into gear and decided to start with the pull. Worked up to a 545 for a single, which I am happy with considering I haven't sumo pulled since the meet. For assistance I did a new lift which incorporates a box squat with a good morning, it was different put worked all the right muscles. Finished up with some glute-hams and weighted abs.
