Semester/Intern Goals

In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Saturday Bench

Today was Max Effort 2 board, ended up getting 365 for a single. Moved on to a bunch of machine rows and incline dumbbell press for some volume. Finished with some close grip pull downs and external shoulder rotations.
