In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Sunday Squat
Box Squatted in briefs for the first time since the meet. Took 415 for 8 doubles, technique needs to be cleaned up a little. Did some walking lunges for volume and finished with the prowler.
