Semester/Intern Goals

In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Thursday Deadlift

Conventional pull 325*3, 370*3, 415*8. SS Bar 225*10*3. Balance Touches 35*12*2. Back Ext and Abs, finished with reverse hypers.
