Semester/Intern Goals

In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Wednesday 12/15/10

Did some tempo running (12X120 yard sprint/run on the minute) then about 15 minutes of 2:1 jogging:walking. The cold air made catching my breath a challenge but I felt good overall.
