Semester/Intern Goals
In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Thursday 12/16/10
I'm going to start squatting twice a week, heavy on Sundays and specialty bars on Thursdays. Today I did the SS bar, went up to 315 nothing crazy. My deadlift day is Thursday and went as follows: 295*5, 340*5, 385*14. Looking at my last set it seems I may have been too conservative with my starting number of 500lbs. I finished up with some barbell walking lunges, abs, and some windmills.
