Semester/Intern Goals

In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Bench

Raw bench went as follows: 200*5, 235*5, 265*8. For back I did some neutral grip pull downs. Did some incline dumbbell and shoulder raises for assistance. I am super sore from Thursday, made getting into any kind of arch on bench unpleasant.
