In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Squat
Some more raw box squatting today. My reps and weights were as follows: 260*5, 300*5, 340*10. Did some glute ham's for assistance then pushed the prowler with 50 lbs, 1 min on 1 min off for 10 min.
