Semester/Intern Goals

In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Bench Assistance

Overhead press 125*5, 145*3, 160*8, superseted with 50 lb weighted neutral grip pull-ups. Moved on to some flat DB bench 120*6 on my last set. Finished up with some hammer machine rows and some lateral shoulder raises. I think the conditioning I have been doing is starting to pay off, every workout this week has felt easy.
