Semester/Intern Goals
In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Wednesday Conditioning
12*110 yard tempo sprint/runs. I split them up into 2 sets of 6 with a 3 minute break in between. The tempo I maintain is 20/40 or better. I finished up with bout 4 additional 200 yardish runs with plenty or rest in between. This is about as intense as I plan on going conditioning wise, I will be maintaining this base throughout my training cycle.
