Semester/Intern Goals

In the middle of football season lifting will be difficult. Just going to endure the season and maintain a general lifting schedule. I will be trying to maintain my strength and conditioning base. After the season I will set my sights on a meet and get back on track.

Tuesday 12/14/10 Upper

Tuesdays are my upper body assistance days. I typically start off with overhead press and try to get a decent amount of volume in for my upper back. Today I went 110X5, 125X5, 145X10 overhead press, I super set these with pull-ups. Also did single arm rows, flat dumbbell, and lateral shoulder raises. I'm slowly ramping up the intensity in my lifts, feels good to move some weight again.
