Just started my strength phase using 5/3/1. In the past I have had consistent strength gains using this program.
My raw box squats went as follows: 275-easy 3, 325-easy 3, 355-6 probably had a couple more. Finished up with some glute ham raises and prowler pushes (9 40 yard sprints with 50lbs). In an attempt to keep my weight down I am going to be doing a good amount of conditioning this training cycle.
